The
Factory has 6000sq meter production space and is located 30 km
(1 hour) from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.
We have 800 staffs in the factories, out of those 30 staffs on
the management side to control the production.
The Factory is equipped with
following machines:
+ 260 pcs normal stitching machines
+ 40 pcs 340 twin needle machines
+ 10 pcs 380 binding machines
+ 5 pcs computer machines
+ 6 pcs rivet machines
+ 3 pcs eyelet machines
+ 3 pcs punching machines
+ 6 pcs hand cutting machines
+ 3 pcs cutting tables
+ 3 heat seal machines.
The capacity of this factory is monthly 150.000 pcs of
backpacks.
The most common materials we use are D-210, D-420 and D-600 with
PU and PVC coating, imported from China. Beside standard materials, we also import special materials upon customers' request, example lead free, Azo free materials, etc.
